SIEGE 2022 Presentation

During SIEGE 2022, I gave another presentation, this time on designing classes for games. What do Overwatch heroes and Final Fantasy XIV Raids have in common? In this talk, I use some game design fundamentals to explain why so many games fall back on the classic "Warrior, Wizard, Rogue" trio of classes, and why roles like "Damage," "Tank" and "Support" appear across so many genres.
